Warranty
Sunglass sunsation carries 100% authentic designer sunglasses. All of the sunglasses come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty as long as the sunglass is still in production. a charge of $15(US) will be charged on all warranties for shipping and handling.
Refund/Return Policy
In regards to returns of any sunglasses we will refund the entire cost less $15(US) for shipping and restocking fee. We at sunglass sunsation strongly advise all customers to try sunglasses on at their nearest sunglass store (i.e sunglass hut) before ordering the sunglasses. When shipping glasses back please send back regular usps and on the box please state RETURNED GOODS. This will enable the parcel to clear customs with less hastle.
Privacy Policy
Sunglass sunsation thrives on its privacy amongst other websites. We do require an email address to process an order for the sole purpose of allowing you to reorder other models of sunglasses and to inform you of any new news that sunglass sunsation has to offer. The email address is not given to any other websites and is only available to be seen within the sunglass sunsation website only.
Shipping Information
United States
All items sent to american customers are sent out via usps expedited.
All parcels are sent out with a tracking number and contains insurance
also. Delivery time with usps is usaully 4-6 working days not including
holidays. If there is no one home the parcel will be left at thearest post office.
Canada
All items shipped to canadians are shipped expedited post. All items will
have a tracking number and insurance. Delivery time is usually 2-3 days.
International Orders
All items shipped outside north america are shipped regular post. There
is no tracking number and no insurance with these shipments. With the
free shipping it may take up to 21 days. If you would like a tracking
number and insurance we will ship air mail international and this
will cost $20(US) more and may take up to 18 days for delivery.
For faster surface we can ship express post and this will cost $35(US)
and takes up to 14 days. |
